1. For this exercise stand in front of a chair, and hold on to its back for balance.


2. Place your feet a shoulder width apart.


3. Bend the knees, keeping your torso upright and a slight arch in your lower back.


4. Go down as far as you feel comfortable with.


5. Using your legs, push yourself back to the starting position.
