1. Lie on your back, with your arms straight behind your head on the floor.
2. Using your buttocks as a pivot point, bend at the waist and raise your arms and your legs until your feet and hands meet in a jacknife motion.
3. Keep your legs and arms straight in this motion.
4. Lower your arms and legs and repeat.
