Jumping In Place


1. Stand with your feet together.


2. Take a jump so that the right foot is forward and your left foot backwards.


3. Have the right foot bent and the left foot completely straight.


4. Also, swing your arms so that when your right foot jumps forward, the left arm is raised upwards and the left arms is swinging backwards.


5. Keep lunging left and right in a smooth motion, alternating with your arms.
