Lying Leg Raises

REPS : 10


1. Lie on your back with your legs straight out and your hands by your sides.


2. Lift your legs, keeping them straight, until they are 90 degrees to your body and pointing at the ceiling.


3. Keep your head and back on the floor while you perform this exercise.


4. Lower your legs without them touching the floor.


5. Repeat.
