REPS : 5 - stop momentarily in each of the 4 positions
Perform the following movements slowly...
1. Bend the head forward and touch the chin on the chest.
2. Roll and twist the neck to the extreme right position.
3. Roll and twist the head to the extreme back position.
4. Roll and twist the head to the extreme left position.
5. Perform a set of movements clockwise and then a set of movements anticlockwise.
