Overhead Squat


Repeat the following process about 5 times.


1. Stand up with your feet about 10 inches apart.


2. Place your hands over your head with your palms together and your fingers pointing upwards.


3. Very slowly bend your kness and lower your body until you are resting on your heels.


4. Raise your body until you are standing on your toes.


5. Lower body to position 1.




Firm and develop the legs.
