Quad Stretch


SETS : 1
REPS : 3 for each leg


1. Stand facing something sturdy, and grip it with your left hand.


2. Grip your right foot with your right hand, and pull it up towards your glutes as far as you can. Don't strain.


3. During the exercise keep your body upright and your thighs parallel to each other.


4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds.


5. Repeat with your left leg.
