1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat.


2. With your palms facing downward, hold your arms straight in front of your chest.


3. Lean back so that your torso is at a 45 degree angle to the floor. Your arms should be now parallel to your upper legs.


4. Twist to the left as far as you can and hold for a second.


5. Repeat to the right.
