Do 5 times.
Do all movements very slowly..
2. Without using your hands Lower your trunk until your back rests on the floor.
3. Bend your knees and bring them towards your abdomen.
4. Straighten your legs into the air so they are 90 degrees to your body.
5. Very slowly lower your legs to the floor.
6. Raise your trunk very slowly without using your hands, and from the sitting position slide your hands down your legs as far as you can without straining.
7. Hold for a count of 10.
8. Straighten up until you are in position 1.
Streamline the waist and the legs.
