1. Lie on your back and lace your fingers behind your head.
2. Without pulling on your neck, bring your knees in towards your chest and lift your shoulders off the floor.
3. Straighten out the left leg so that it is about 30 degrees from the horizontal. At the same time, twist your upper body to the right, touching the left elbow onto the right knee.
4. Now switch sides.
5. Repeat.
