1. Lie on your back and place your hands behind your head with your elbows out to your sides .
2. Bend your hips and knees so that your thighs are perpendicular to your torso and your lower legs are parallel to the floor.
3. Lift your head and shoulders off the floor and simultaneously lift your hips off the floor, crunching your kness towards your chest.
4. Repeat.
