3. Never overdo your abdominal exercise routines. Try doing a small number of high quality reps. Doing too many can be self-defeating, and it becomes harder to target the exercises properly.
4. Lean muscle tissue burns more calories than the corresponding mass of fat. Try some exercises that will increase your overall lean tissue mass. This will make it easier to keep your fat levels down.
5. Purchase an ab contraption. Some people scoff at ab machines, but if they keep you motivated then buy one. Try to get one that doesn't take up too much space.
