1. Place your upper back against a wall.
2. Put your feet a shoulder width apart, with your toes pointed slightly outward.
3. During the exercises, keep your heels in contact with the floor.
4. Inhaling as you do so, slowly lower into a squat position while sliding down the wall.
5. Exhaling as you do so, straighten your legs, returing to the starting position.
